Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, or

• in the case of a delivery of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear statement (e.g., an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day the goods are received by us.

We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

Costs of Return
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Compensation for Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
